BBQ Country Style Rib
with home canned green and wax beans
and potato fries
Courtry Style Ribs are actually not taken from the ribs, but from the shoulder of the hog. These BBQ Country Stlye Ribs were made in my crock pot.
For the last hour, cover with a BBQ sauce, making sure to carefully lift the ribs to let the sauce sit underneath as well.
I like to make my own BBQ sauce:
1 c ketchup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
3 T Worcestershire sauce
3 T apple cider vinegar
2 T molasses
1 tsp mustard
